[LOVE] POLAROID PHOTOS FROM ROUTE 66

With my love for instant film and the beauty in urbex, I stumbled across this awesome website that combines BOTH! Fading Nostalgia is the brainchild of Christopher J. Robleski and Katie Nelson and was set up to celebrate the world of urban and rural exploration on America's roads. The website have just published their first book Polaroid Photos from Route 66 by Chris Robleski. It's a rather fine collection of 275 Polaroid photos of the forgotten remains along Route 66. Featuring diners, cafes, motels and attractions, taken from 2006 - 2011. Chris has a mutual passion for Polaroid and especially selected the film for his Route 66 road trips. What he has compiled is exciting, inspiring and the beauty in decay with instant film is a match made in heaven!
