The Apocalyptic Nightmare Journey is from the imagination of M Shawn Crahan. More commonly known as his stage persona Clown, the percussionist and founding member of the Grammy Award winning hard rock band, Slipknot. The recently published large format art book is a collection of Crahan's dark and obscure Polaroids that have been torn, frayed, scratched, smeared and even exposed to microwaves and urine! Apocalyptic Nightmare was drawn from Crahan's personal collection of nearly 5,000 Polaroids spanning over a decade.
